Dear Valued Customers
We have upgraded our core switches to the latest Arista Switches, and in some case your Cacti Password may not work. If you find this so, please put up a ticket to support and we will give you a new password.

Dear Clients,
Unfortunately we are experiencing critical issuses with our Mitsubishi 9900 UPS in Suite 510. Customers with circuits deriving from this UPS may have expericened a loss of power this moring as the building switched to generator power.
We are currently running on generator power.
When the generator is turned off there is a 50% chance that we loose load on all circuits on the Mitsubishi 9900 for one minute which would be a hard reset of your servers.
Obviously we want to avoid the hard reset. Please take any necessary precautions to ensure that you do not have hardware or data loss.
Advised to shut down servers from 12:00 PACIFC TO 12 30 Pacific
We will email and ALL CLEAR, when power is back to Normal.
The only way to ensure no data or hardware loss because of the hard reset would be to shutdown your gear during the emergency window.
We are onsite and will continue to update you as we have more information.
Thank you for working with us to resolve this issue.
